The service lets businesses upload documents, create a website chatbot, and answer visitor questions from uploaded knowledge.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded documents, your website content, your customer communications, and your use of visitor leads.

AI limitations

AI answers may be incomplete or incorrect. The chatbot is a support tool and should not be used as the only source for legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice.

Subscriptions

The Basic plan is billed monthly through Razorpay. Access and usage limits depend on subscription status and plan limits.

Abuse

Do not upload illegal content, attempt to bypass security, overload the service, or use the chatbot for spam or fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product improves. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
