Refund Policy

The Basic plan is a monthly subscription for small business website chatbot usage.
Monthly billing
Subscription payments are charged monthly through Razorpay. You can cancel future billing from the dashboard or contact Support@customaichatbot.online with your account email.
Refund requests
If you were charged by mistake or the service could not be activated, contact Support@customaichatbot.online within 7 days of payment with your account email and payment details.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds may not be available after active usage of the chatbot, document processing, or completed monthly service delivery, except where required by law.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original Razorpay payment method and may take several business days depending on the bank or payment provider.
