We use this information to run the chatbot, process documents, provide support, maintain subscriptions, prevent abuse, and help businesses respond to visitor leads.

Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.

Data sharing

We use service providers such as hosting, database, authentication, AI processing, analytics, and payment tools. We do not sell customer data.

Business documents

Uploaded documents are used to create chatbot answers for the business account that uploaded them. Business owners should not upload documents they are not allowed to use.
